About academy

Banana Language Academy opened its doors in 2017 in a small town in the south of Tenerife. Karolina, the teacher and creator of the academy is from Poland, but has lived many years in different countries in Europe where she learned the importance of languages.

The teaching adventure began in various schools such as kindergartens, Ceip play centers and institutes teaching English extracurricular activities. Adapting classes to all ages, levels and needs of children.

Then came the experience in teaching personalized courses for professionals. Including collaboration with private companies and municipalities throughout the island of Tenerife. Since 2017 she has taught more than 100 courses aimed at professionals in different work environments. Some of the courses carried out were: oral hygiene, governesses, waiters, cooks, lifeguards, computer technicians, tourist animators and environmental guides.

Banana Language Academy is a results-oriented corporate training academy with very high standards in the teaching of foreign languages. We offer customized in-company language courses based on your industry/sector and needs analysis. Our courses are designed to demonstrate your ability to use a foreign language in any professional environment, and conform to all levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
